Course description
This course aims to present the Fala.BR Portal and channels that assist citizens in interacting with a public institution when expressing themselves about a service provided by it, with special emphasis on Ombudsman services.
Objectives
- Know the Fala.BR Portal and the services available on it.
- Understand the types of citizen manifestations accepted on this Portal.
- Identify the most appropriate channels to carry out a given manifestation.
- Know and be able to use the Ombudsman service at UFSCar.
