This course was designed to improve the experience of solidarity economic enterprises in the use of social networks to promote their products, services and principles. Therefore, it intends to present the basic structures of marketing and the main social networks, as well as provide general guidelines on how to create good content and strengthen the relationship between public, consumer and enterprise.
