Course description
In this course, we will explore beginner practices of breathing, relaxation, and meditation. It aims to offer a space for learning and support so that you can practice and come into contact with these techniques and, therefore, it is a course of self-knowledge and self-care, focused on personal experiences and learning.
Objectives
- Practice meditation and relaxation.
- Expand spaces for building strategies (personal and social) to avoid reproducing violent cultural patterns and contribute to the construction of a culture of peace.
- Develop mindfulness, relaxation, and concentration skills aimed at mental health.
