Introduction to Green and Sustainable Chemistry
Course description
This course aims to present the socio-historical context of the development of Green and Sustainable Chemistry (GSC), associated with the 2030 Agenda of the United Nations (UN), as well as enable learners to understand the principles of GSC and apply them to selected case studies, with emphasis on Brazilian examples.
Objectives
- Understand the foundations and applications of Green and Sustainable Chemistry from an STSE perspective (Science, Technology, Society and Environment), associated with the UN 2030 Agenda.
