History of Animation

Course description

The history of audiovisual language is one of the richest and most fascinating themes in the field of communication, with works, artists, movements and nuances that are well worth exploring.

The approach presented in this short course deals with animation, the art of creating pieces from the illusion of movement of objects that are, at first, inanimate.

The proposal is therefore to provide a quick but broad overview of the theme, presenting some of the main milestones in this history, fundamental works and the main techniques that have made and continue to make animation something fantastic.
