Course description
With a qualitative focus, the course objectively and practically addresses the introductory concepts of the main instruments and tools of corporate risk management.
Thus, concepts such as: corporate risks, internal controls, compliance will be covered.
The theoretical framework will be ISO 31000 (2009), IN CGU nº 01/16 and the COSO ERM model (2004).
Objectives
- Understand the concept of risks and corporate risk management.
- Apply the normative basis and the main structures of risk management in your work processes.
- Understand the basis of risk identification, assessment/treatment.
- Understand how to use the risk identification technique: PHA - Preliminary Hazard Analysis.
