Teaching in EaD: Assessment Challenges
Course description
This course aims to present concepts of learning assessment and its characteristics, according to the literature.
Furthermore, it seeks to show the importance of formative assessment in monitoring the teaching and learning process in virtual learning environments, in courses offered through EaD modality or in in-person courses that use VLE in their pedagogical activities.
Objectives
- Identify the concept of assessment, its types and characteristics;
- Understand formative assessment;
- Understand formative assessment from the perspective of in-process assessment;
- Understand the specifics of assessment in monitoring the teaching and learning process in a virtual learning environment.
