Veganism: a fair way of living for everyone
Course description
This course aims to promote plant-based (vegetarian) food and veganism, as well as raise awareness about this topic, the need for conscious consumption so that we can create a new perspective on species survival; and present an integrated view of the real situation of humanity's destiny.
Objectives
- Understand what Veganism is and the need for conscious consumption.
- Learn about vegan foods and their production without animal use.
- Understand that vegan food is nutritious and brings health benefits.
- Understand that veganism helps small local producers, encourages community growth and makes us reflect on alternative methods.
- Understand the positive impact of veganism on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
